  • Source and attract top talent for regional roles in JP Morgan Chase's financial services divisions, including investment banking, commercial banking, and asset management
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviews and offer negotiations
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through networking, university partnerships, and industry events in Buenos Aires and surrounding areas
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies
  • Utilize data analytics to track recruitment metrics and improve hiring efficiency within the region
  • Promote JP Morgan Chase's employer brand to attract diverse candidates aligned with the firm's commitment to inclusion
  • Ensure compliance with local Argentine employment laws and global JP Morgan policies during the hiring process

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring timelines in a fast-paced setting
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Argentina
  • Ability to travel regionally as needed for recruitment events
