Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit accurate trade reports to regulatory authorities in compliance with global standards like EMIR and MiFID II
  • Analyze trade data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of regulatory submissions
  • Collaborate with trading, compliance, and technology teams to resolve reporting discrepancies and implement process improvements
  • Monitor regulatory changes and updates, assessing their impact on JP Morgan Chase's reporting obligations
  • Develop and maintain reporting workflows, including automation scripts and reconciliation processes
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews on reported data to mitigate regulatory risks and fines
  • Support ad-hoc reporting requests and participate in regulatory audits and examinations
  • Contribute to the enhancement of reporting systems, leveraging tools like SQL and Python for efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and JP Morgan Chase's risk management policies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory reporting, trade reporting, or compliance within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks such as EMIR, MiFID II, SFTR, and Dodd-Frank
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with experience in handling large datasets
  • Excellent command of English; proficiency in French or German is advantageous for Geneva operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with strict deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) in Finance or Regulatory Compliance
