Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of relationship managers to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses in the Grand Rapids area
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new small business clients and expand existing relationships
  • Oversee portfolio management, ensuring credit quality, risk mitigation, and compliance with JP Morgan Chase standards
  • Collaborate with internal partners in credit, treasury, and merchant services to tailor solutions for clients
  • Drive revenue growth through cross-selling of products like deposits, cash management, and payment processing

Required Qualifications
