Key Responsibilities

  • Open and maintain personal and business accounts, including checking, savings, CDs, and credit products
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to all regulatory and compliance standards
  • Build and deepen client relationships through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and personalized financial advice
  • Identify opportunities to refer clients to JP Morgan Chase specialists in mortgages, investments, and small business services
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, such as Chase Mobile app and online platforms, to enhance their experience
  • Meet or exceed sales and service goals while embodying Chase's hospitality standards
  • Collaborate with branch team to ensure a welcoming environment and resolve client issues promptly
  • Stay updated on industry trends, Chase product updates, and local market dynamics in Massachusetts
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with federal banking regulations

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services, including deposits, loans, and digital banking tools
  • Ability to obtain necessary state and federal banking licenses (e.g., NMLS registration)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and core banking software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, in the Attleboro/Mansfield/Canton area
