Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Austin South Market by understanding their financial goals and recommending tailored JP Morgan Chase products and services
• Deliver exceptional client experiences through personalized consultations, embodying Chase's hospitality standards and resolving inquiries efficiently
• Process banking transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications, while adhering to all compliance and security protocols

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or sales within the financial services industry
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the Austin South Market area
• Strong understanding of banking products including checking, savings, loans, and credit cards

• Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA and state banking licenses where applicable
