Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and recommending appropriate JPMorgan Chase products and services
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences in line with JPMorgan Chase's hospitality standards, including greeting clients warmly and resolving inquiries efficiently
  • Process banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and account openings with accuracy and speed
  • Promote and sell financial solutions including checking/savings accounts, credit cards, mortgages, and investment products to meet sales goals
  • Educate clients on digital banking options, fraud prevention, and financial wellness resources provided by JPMorgan Chase
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, and privacy policies
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve collective performance targets and support new branch initiatives at Bayberry Town Center
  • Identify opportunities for client referrals to specialists in wealth management or lending
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming branch environment, embodying JPMorgan Chase's commitment to community engagement

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or sales
  • Strong understanding of banking products and financial services
  • Ability to obtain necessary state and federal licenses (e.g., Series 6 and 63 if applicable)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
