Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and recommending tailored JP Morgan Chase products and services
• Deliver exceptional client experiences in the branch, embodying Chase's hospitality standards through personalized interactions and proactive problem-solving
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications, while adhering to all compliance and risk management protocols
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships by cross-selling banking, investment, and credit solutions from JP Morgan Chase's portfolio
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, such as Chase Mobile app and online platforms, to enhance their financial management experience
• Collaborate with branch team members and specialists to support client goals and resolve complex inquiries
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems and ensure data privacy in line with JP Morgan Chase's security standards
• Participate in community outreach events in Sulphur, LA, to promote JP Morgan Chase's commitment to local financial wellness
• Monitor and report on sales targets and performance metrics to contribute to branch success

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
• At least 1-2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or sales within the financial services industry
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client locations as needed
• Strong understanding of banking products and services, including deposits, loans, and digital banking tools
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to meet client needs
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA and state banking regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and core banking software

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
• Bilingual skills, particularly in English and Spanish, to serve diverse client bases
• Sales experience in financial products such as mortgages or investment services
• Certification in financial services, such as Certified Banking & Trust Officer (CBTO)
