Key Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the branch to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate JP Morgan Chase banking solutions
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with accuracy and efficiency
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive customer loyalty and referrals
• Promote and sell JP Morgan Chase products such as checking/savings accounts, credit cards, and investment services
• Provide exceptional hospitality and client service, embodying Chase's commitment to personalized care
• Assist with branch operations including opening new accounts and resolving client inquiries
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling financial products while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and enhance client experience
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and mobile app features to improve their financial management
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to all security and privacy protocols

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required
• At least 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of banking products and services
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements including background checks
