Key Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the Ahwatukee branch to understand their financial needs and recommend tailored Chase banking solutions, including checking, savings, credit cards, and mortgages
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual and small business clients to drive loyalty and referrals
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications, while adhering to Chase's operational standards
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling Chase products like wealth management services or J.P. Morgan investment options
• Provide exceptional hospitality by greeting clients warmly, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a seamless client experience
• Conduct financial education sessions for clients on topics like budgeting, credit management, and digital banking tools
• Collaborate with branch team members and market leaders to achieve sales goals and support community initiatives in South Valley
• Monitor client portfolios for life events or changes, proactively offering relevant financial advice
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols
• Utilize Chase's digital platforms to enhance client interactions and streamline service delivery

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
• At least 1-2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
• Strong understanding of banking products and services, including deposits, loans, and investments
• Ability to obtain necessary licenses such as Series 6 and 63 within 120 days of hire
• Knowledge of federal and state banking regulations and compliance standards
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the South Valley Market as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a relationship banking or sales role at a major financial institution
• Familiarity with Chase consumer and business banking products
• Experience in the Phoenix or Arizona market, particularly South Valley/Ahwatukee area
• Certification in financial planning or customer relationship management
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets in a competitive banking environment
