Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and recommending appropriate JPMorgan Chase products and services
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences in line with Chase's hospitality standards, including greeting clients warmly and resolving inquiries efficiently
  • Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications accurately and securely in the new Bird Ludlum branch
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships through cross-selling banking, investment, and mortgage solutions
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team members to support branch operations during the new build launch in Miami, FL
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online platforms to enhance their banking experience
  • Monitor client portfolios and provide proactive advice on financial wellness and goal achievement
  • Handle escalated client issues with empathy and professionalism to uphold Chase's reputation for client care
  • Participate in community outreach events to promote JPMorgan Chase's commitment to the Miami community

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of banking products including checking, savings, loans, and credit cards
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses such as NMLS registration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and core banking software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to ethical standards and regulatory compliance in financial services

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a high-volume branch environment or new branch openings
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, given the Miami market
