Key Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the Boerum Hill branch to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, mortgages, and investment options
• Deliver exceptional hospitality by greeting clients warmly, resolving inquiries promptly, and ensuring a seamless banking experience
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual and small business clients to drive retention and growth
• Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications, while adhering to regulatory compliance
• Promote digital banking solutions to enhance client convenience and adoption of Chase mobile app features
• Collaborate with branch team members and specialists to provide holistic financial advice
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling Chase wealth management and credit services
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of JPMorgan Chase policies, market trends, and competitive landscape
• Ensure the branch environment reflects Chase's brand standards of trust and innovation
• Support community initiatives in Brooklyn to strengthen local client engagement

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of banking products and services, including deposits, loans, and investments
• Ability to obtain necessary state and federal licenses (e.g., NMLS registration)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and core banking systems
