Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients at Boot Ranch and surrounding areas, providing personalized financial advice and solutions
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JP Morgan Chase products such as mortgages, credit cards, investment accounts, and business banking services
• Deliver exceptional client experiences in line with JP Morgan Chase's hospitality standards, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to care and excellence
• Conduct financial consultations, prepare loan applications, and assist with account openings and maintenance
• Prospect for new business through community networking, referrals, and events in Palm Harbor, FL
• Monitor client portfolios and provide updates on market trends, regulatory changes, and personalized financial planning
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
• Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver holistic financial solutions
• Handle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and escalate complex matters to senior bankers
• Track and report on relationship management metrics to support branch performance goals

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client locations as needed
• Strong understanding of banking products including checking, savings, loans, and investment services
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA and state banking laws
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic financial software

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in relationship banking or wealth management at a major financial institution
• Bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, to serve diverse client base in Palm Harbor
• Certification such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or equivalent
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce for client relationship management
• Knowledge of local real estate and hospitality market in the Palm Harbor area
