Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate JP Morgan Chase banking solutions
  • Open and maintain personal and business accounts, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
  • Promote and sell JP Morgan Chase products such as credit cards, mortgages, and investment services to meet sales goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and issues promptly in a hospitality-driven environment
  • Conduct financial needs assessments and educate clients on digital banking tools and mobile apps
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of banking products including checking, savings, loans, and credit cards
  • Ability to obtain necessary state and federal licenses (e.g., NMLS registration)
  • Proficiency in using banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on client relationship building
  • Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Relationship Banker or similar role at a major financial institution
