Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and recommending appropriate JP Morgan Chase products and services
• Deliver exceptional client experiences in the Braintree branch, embodying hospitality through personalized interactions and proactive problem-solving
• Process banking transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications while adhering to compliance standards
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships by cross-selling products like mortgages, investment services, and wealth management solutions
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, fraud prevention, and financial literacy to enhance their banking experience
• Collaborate with branch team members and specialists to resolve complex client inquiries and ensure seamless service delivery
• Monitor client portfolios and provide updates on market trends, rates, and new offerings from JP Morgan Chase
• Maintain accurate records in banking systems and ensure all interactions comply with federal and state regulations
• Participate in community outreach events in Braintree to promote JP Morgan Chase's commitment to local financial well-being
• Achieve individual and branch sales targets while prioritizing ethical practices and client trust

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client locations as needed
• Strong knowledge of banking products including checking/savings accounts, loans, and credit cards
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, in a branch environment
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA and state banking laws
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic financial software

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or business administration
• Previous experience in sales or relationship management within a financial institution
• Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish or other local languages in the Braintree area
• Certification such as Certified Banking & Trust Officer (CBTO) or equivalent
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce for client relationship tracking
