Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the Central OC Market by understanding their financial needs and recommending appropriate JPMorgan Chase products and services
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences in the Garden Grove branch, embodying Chase's hospitality standards through personalized interactions and proactive problem-solving
  • Conduct needs-based consultations to identify opportunities for account openings, loan applications, investment referrals, and wealth management services
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and wire transfers, while adhering to all compliance and risk management protocols
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to support client referrals for mortgages, small business banking, and Chase Private Client services
  • Drive branch performance by meeting sales goals for new accounts, credit products, and digital enrollment, contributing to overall market growth in Central Orange County

Required Qualifications
