Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the Central OC Market by understanding their financial needs and recommending appropriate JPMorgan Chase products and services
• Deliver exceptional client experiences in the Garden Grove branch, embodying Chase's hospitality standards through personalized interactions and proactive problem-solving
• Conduct needs-based consultations to identify opportunities for account openings, loan applications, investment referrals, and wealth management services
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and wire transfers, while adhering to all compliance and risk management protocols
• Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to support client referrals for mortgages, small business banking, and Chase Private Client services
• Drive branch performance by meeting sales goals for new accounts, credit products, and digital enrollment, contributing to overall market growth in Central Orange County
• Educate clients on JPMorgan Chase's digital tools, fraud prevention, and financial wellness resources to enhance their banking experience
• Monitor client portfolios for service opportunities and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries or issues
• Participate in community outreach events in Garden Grove to promote Chase's commitment to local financial inclusion and support
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking regulations, product updates, and competitive landscape in the financial services industry

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or sales within the financial services industry
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the Central OC Market as needed
• Strong understanding of banking products including checking/savings accounts, loans, and credit cards
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, in a branch environment
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA and state banking licenses if applicable
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Relationship Banker or Personal Banker at a major financial institution
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, given the diverse client base in Garden Grove, CA
• Sales experience achieving or exceeding performance targets in financial products
• Knowledge of JPMorgan Chase's digital banking platforms and mobile app ecosystem
• Certification in financial services, such as Certified Banking & Trust Officer (CBTO)
