Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking solutions, including checking, savings, mortgages, and investment products
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality by providing personalized service and resolving inquiries promptly in the Arlington Heights branch
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the Chicago Cook County Northwest area to drive loyalty and referrals
  • Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications, while adhering to security protocols
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling Chase products and services to enhance client financial well-being
  • Collaborate with branch team members and specialists to support complex client needs, such as wealth management referrals
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures
  • Promote digital banking tools to help clients manage accounts efficiently via Chase Mobile app and online platforms
  • Monitor client portfolios and provide updates on market trends relevant to their financial strategies
  • Contribute to branch goals by participating in community events and client outreach in Arlington Heights, IL

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services, including deposits, loans, and investments
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses such as Series 6 and 63, if applicable
  • Proficiency in using financial software and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
  • Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with federal and state banking regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in sales or relationship management within a bank or financial institution
