  • Engage clients in the branch and local community to build and deepen relationships, identifying opportunities to offer relevant JPMorgan Chase banking solutions
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences by providing personalized advice on checking, savings, credit, and investment products tailored to individual needs
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications, while adhering to Chase's risk and compliance standards
  • Proactively educate clients on digital banking tools, such as Chase Mobile app and online platforms, to enhance their financial wellness
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to refer complex needs to mortgage, investment, or small business banking experts
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems and ensure all interactions comply with federal and state regulations
  • Participate in community outreach events in Prospect Heights and surrounding Cook County areas to promote Chase's commitment to local economic growth

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the local market area
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services, including deposits, loans, and digital banking tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs
  • Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA and state banking licenses where applicable

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales or relationship management within a financial institution
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to serve diverse client communities in the Chicago area
