Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients in the Cary, IL branch to understand their financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions
  • Open and maintain personal and business accounts, including checking, savings, CDs, and credit products
  • Promote JP Morgan Chase's wealth management and investment services to eligible clients
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality by resolving inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring a seamless client experience
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling Chase products while adhering to regulatory guidelines
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems and ensure data privacy compliance
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and enhance client satisfaction metrics
  • Educate clients on digital banking options, fraud prevention, and financial wellness programs

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or sales within the financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including checking, savings, loans, and investment options
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses such as Series 6 and 63, or willingness to pursue them
  • Proficiency in using banking software and CRM systems for client management
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
