Key Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the branch to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products and services, such as checking accounts, mortgages, and investment options
• Deliver exceptional client experiences by embodying JPMorgan Chase's hospitality standards, ensuring every interaction is personalized and supportive
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications, while adhering to compliance and risk management protocols
• Build and deepen relationships with individual and business clients in the Bloomingdale, IL community, fostering loyalty and referrals
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, contributing to branch sales goals and overall market performance in the Chicago O'Hare area
• Educate clients on digital banking solutions, such as Chase Mobile app and online platforms, to enhance their financial management
• Collaborate with branch team members and specialists to provide holistic financial advice and resolve complex client inquiries

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services
• Active and in good standing with state and federal regulatory requirements, including FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of banking products and services, including deposits, loans, and investments
