Key Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the Elmhurst branch to understand their financial needs and recommend tailored JP Morgan Chase products and services
• Open and maintain various account types, including deposit accounts, loans, and credit products, ensuring seamless client onboarding
• Provide exceptional hospitality by greeting clients, resolving inquiries, and delivering personalized advice to enhance client satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to refer clients to specialized JP Morgan teams for investments, mortgages, or business banking solutions
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to all compliance and risk management protocols
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive loyalty and increase wallet share in the Chicago O'Hare market

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred

• Strong understanding of banking products including checking/savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment services
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses such as Series 6 and 63, or willingness to pursue them
• Proficiency in using banking software and CRM systems for client management
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with federal and state banking regulations

Preferred Qualifications
