Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking/savings accounts, credit cards, mortgages, and investment options
• Deliver exceptional hospitality by providing personalized service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless banking experience in the Northlake branch
• Conduct needs-based consultations to deepen client relationships and drive cross-selling of financial solutions
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications while adhering to compliance standards
• Collaborate with branch team members and specialists to support client goals, such as wealth management referrals
• Maintain accurate client records in JPMorgan Chase's systems and ensure data privacy in line with federal regulations
• Participate in community outreach events in the Chicago O'Hare market to promote JPMorgan Chase's brand and services
• Monitor market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for improving service delivery
• Assist in branch operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or sales within the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of banking products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, and digital banking tools
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses such as Notary Public and any state-specific banking certifications
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and service goals in a client-facing role
