Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products and services
  • Open and maintain various deposit and credit accounts while ensuring compliance with federal regulations
  • Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with accuracy and efficiency
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities for wealth management, mortgages, and investment services
  • Provide exceptional customer service in line with JPMorgan Chase's hospitality standards
  • Assist in branch operations such as cash handling, vault management, and end-of-day reconciliations
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools to enhance their financial experience
  • Collaborate with branch team to meet sales goals and community engagement initiatives
  • Monitor for fraudulent activity and report suspicious transactions per compliance guidelines

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of banking products including checking/savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment options
  • Ability to obtain necessary licenses such as Series 6 and 63 within 120 days of hire
  • Proficiency in using banking software and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships
  • Compliance with all regulatory requirements including Bank Secrecy Act and anti-money laundering policies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales within the financial services industry
  • Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, to serve diverse client bases in Arizona
  • Familiarity with JPMorgan Chase's digital banking platforms and mobile apps
  • Experience in community banking or branch operations in rural or small-town settings
