Key Responsibilities

  • Engage clients in the branch to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, mortgages, and investment options
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality by greeting clients warmly, resolving inquiries promptly, and ensuring a seamless banking experience
  • Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications, while adhering to regulatory and security protocols
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive outreach, follow-up calls, and personalized financial advice
  • Collaborate with branch team members and specialists to refer complex needs to wealth management or small business banking experts
  • Promote digital banking solutions to enhance client convenience and drive adoption of Chase mobile app and online platforms
  • Identify opportunities for client growth by analyzing account data and suggesting tailored solutions to meet life goals
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements
  • Contribute to branch goals by participating in sales initiatives and community events in the Indianapolis Southeast area

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services, including deposits, loans, and digital banking tools
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary state banking licenses and certifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and core banking software
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet branch needs
