Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including deposits, loans, and investment options
  • Ability to obtain necessary licenses such as Series 6 and 63 within 120 days of hire
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and core banking systems
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
  • Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with federal and state banking regulations
