  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive loyalty and increase wallet share through proactive outreach and follow-up

Required Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment

  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses such as Series 6 and 63 within 120 days of hire
  • Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in sales or relationship management within the financial services industry
