Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking solutions, such as checking accounts, credit cards, mortgages, and investment products
• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries, processing transactions, and providing personalized financial advice in the East Aurora Grey Street branch
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive loyalty and increase wallet share through proactive outreach and follow-up
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling JPMorgan Chase products while adhering to regulatory compliance standards
• Conduct client consultations to assess financial goals and develop tailored strategies, including referrals to specialists for complex needs
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using branch systems and ensure data security
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive branch atmosphere
• Stay updated on JPMorgan Chase policies, industry trends, and product updates to provide informed guidance
• Assist in branch operations, including cash handling, teller duties, and end-of-day reconciliations as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of banking products and services, including deposits, loans, and investments
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses such as Series 6 and 63 within 120 days of hire
• Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales or relationship management within the financial services industry
• Knowledge of JPMorgan Chase's digital banking platforms and tools
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or another local language
