Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals in the Batavia community
  • Educate clients on digital banking options, fraud prevention, and financial wellness programs offered by JP Morgan Chase
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling products like mortgages, investments, and credit solutions
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including KYC and anti-money laundering protocols

Required Qualifications
