Key Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the Far South Market branch in Glenwood, IL, to understand their financial needs and recommend tailored JP Morgan Chase products such as checking accounts, mortgages, and investment options
• Deliver exceptional hospitality by greeting clients warmly, resolving inquiries promptly, and ensuring a seamless banking experience
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and personalized financial advice
• Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications, while adhering to all compliance protocols

Required Qualifications
