Key Responsibilities

  • Engage clients in the Foley branch to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate JP Morgan Chase products such as checking accounts, mortgages, and investment options
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality by providing personalized service and resolving inquiries promptly to enhance client satisfaction
  • Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications while ensuring accuracy and security
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals within the local Foley community
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities for wealth management and credit services to meet branch sales goals
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or sales within the financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including checking/savings accounts, loans, and credit cards
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses such as NMLS registration
  • Proficiency in using banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
  • Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with federal and state banking regulations
