Key Responsibilities

• Engage clients in personalized consultations to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking/savings accounts, credit cards, mortgages, and investment options
• Deliver exceptional client service by resolving inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations in a bilingual Arabic-English environment
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the Dearborn Heights community, fostering loyalty and referrals through proactive outreach and follow-up
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships by cross-selling additional services, including wealth management and business banking solutions
• Utilize JPMorgan Chase's digital tools to assist clients with online banking setup, mobile app navigation, and secure transaction processing
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive branch atmosphere embodying Chase's hospitality standards
• Ensure all interactions adhere to federal and state regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) protocols and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
• At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail banking, or financial services
• Strong understanding of banking products and services, including deposits, loans, and digital banking tools
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary regulatory licenses (e.g., Series 6 and 63 if applicable)
