Key Responsibilities

  • Engage clients at the Georgia Ave and W St branch to understand their financial needs and recommend tailored JP Morgan Chase products such as Chase checking accounts, mortgages, or wealth management services
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality by greeting clients warmly, resolving inquiries promptly, and ensuring a seamless banking experience
  • Conduct needs-based consultations to identify opportunities for cross-selling banking, lending, and investment solutions
  • Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications, while adhering to security protocols
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to foster loyalty and referrals within the Washington, DC community
  • Collaborate with branch team members and specialists to support client goals, such as home buying or retirement planning
  • Monitor client portfolios for updates and proactively reach out with personalized financial advice
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including documenting interactions and reporting suspicious activities

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or sales within the financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of banking products including checking/savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment options
  • Ability to obtain necessary state and federal banking licenses (e.g., NMLS registration if applicable)
  • Proficiency in using banking software and CRM systems for client management
