Key Responsibilities

  • Engage clients in the branch and via digital channels to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products like checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality by greeting clients warmly, resolving inquiries promptly, and ensuring a seamless banking experience
  • Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, while adhering to security protocols
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and personalized financial advice
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling Chase wealth management and mortgage services to enhance client portfolios
  • Collaborate with branch team members and specialists to support complex client needs and achieve branch goals
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures
  • Monitor and update client information in CRM systems to track interactions and service history

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, and digital banking tools
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses, such as Notary Public certification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and core banking software
