Key Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the Golden Gate Market branch to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking solutions
• Open and maintain deposit accounts, process loan applications, and facilitate investment referrals while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Deliver exceptional hospitality by providing personalized service and resolving client inquiries promptly
• Build and deepen client relationships through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and community involvement in San Francisco
• Promote JPMorgan Chase products such as Chase checking, savings, credit cards, and wealth management services to meet sales goals
• Utilize bilingual skills in Cantonese or Mandarin to assist non-English speaking clients and enhance inclusivity
• Collaborate with branch team members to create a welcoming environment and support overall branch performance
• Monitor client portfolios for opportunities to cross-sell services and ensure satisfaction with JPMorgan Chase offerings

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
• At least 1-2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or sales within the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of banking products and services, including deposits, loans, and investment options
• Ability to obtain necessary licenses such as Series 6 and 63 within 120 days of hire
• Proficiency in bilingual communication, specifically Cantonese or Mandarin, to serve diverse client populations
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships in a fast-paced environment
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements and JPMorgan Chase policies
