Key Responsibilities

  • Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications with accuracy and efficiency while adhering to Chase's risk and compliance standards
  • Promote digital banking tools and educate clients on Chase Mobile app and online platforms to enhance their financial experience
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver holistic financial planning, including referrals to wealth management or small business services

  • Monitor client portfolios for opportunities to deepen relationships, such as cross-selling insurance or retirement products

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or sales within the financial services industry
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client locations as needed
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, including checking/savings accounts, loans, and credit cards
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs
  • Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA and state banking licenses where applicable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic financial software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or other local languages in Grants Pass, OR
  • Sales experience exceeding targets in a commission-based environment
