Key Responsibilities

  • Engage clients in the Hanover/Bridgewater/Brockton area to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking solutions
  • Open and maintain deposit accounts, process loan applications, and facilitate wire transfers while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality by providing personalized service, resolving inquiries, and fostering long-term client relationships

  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive branch atmosphere
  • Monitor market trends and client feedback to suggest improvements in service delivery
  • Handle cash transactions and vault management with precision and security in mind

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services, including deposits, loans, and digital banking tools
  • Ability to obtain necessary state and federal licenses (e.g., NMLS registration) within regulatory timelines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and core banking software
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
