Key Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the Happy Valley & 39th branch to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate JP Morgan Chase products and services
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with accuracy and efficiency
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling products like credit cards, mortgages, and investment services
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, and BSA standards
• Collaborate with branch team members to deliver exceptional hospitality and client experiences
• Utilize digital tools to assist clients with online banking setup and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications
