  • Deliver exceptional hospitality by providing personalized service and resolving inquiries promptly in the Hickman Place branch
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals, embodying Chase's client-first philosophy
  • Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications, while adhering to security protocols
  • Educate clients on digital banking options, such as Chase Mobile app and online platforms, to enhance their financial experience
  • Collaborate with branch team members and specialists to offer comprehensive financial advice and cross-sell opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures
  • Monitor branch operations and contribute to sales goals by identifying opportunities for new business

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for client interactions and transactions

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including deposits, loans, and digital banking tools
  • Ability to obtain necessary licenses such as Series 6 and 63 within 120 days of hire
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software systems
