Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products and services
  • Open and maintain various account types, including deposits, loans, and investment products, while ensuring compliance
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive loyalty and referrals in the Lebanon, TN community
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and wire transfers
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities for wealth management, mortgages, and credit solutions
  • Provide exceptional hospitality and personalized service in the new Hickory Ridge Branch
  • Collaborate with branch team members to meet sales goals and deliver seamless client experiences
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools and fraud prevention to enhance security

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of banking products including checking, savings, loans, and credit cards
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses such as NMLS registration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
  • Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with federal banking regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a relationship banking or sales role at a major financial institution
