Key Responsibilities

• Engage clients at the Highland Square and Dunn Ave branches to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate Chase banking solutions
• Open and maintain various deposit accounts, including checking, savings, and certificates of deposit
• Process loan applications, credit card requests, and other financial products while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Provide exceptional hospitality by greeting clients, resolving inquiries, and delivering personalized service
• Educate clients on digital banking options, such as Chase Mobile app and online platforms, to enhance their experience
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to deepen client relationships and meet sales targets
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to Chase's risk management and anti-money laundering policies
• Collaborate with branch team members to support community events and financial literacy initiatives in Jacksonville
• Monitor client portfolios to proactively address potential issues and offer value-added advice
• Ensure the branch environment reflects Chase's commitment to security, cleanliness, and welcoming hospitality

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including deposits, loans, and digital banking tools
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses such as NMLS registration
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and financial software applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed

• Prior experience as a banker or teller in a financial institution
