Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including deposits, loans, and digital banking tools
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses such as NMLS registration
