Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and providing tailored banking solutions
• Deliver exceptional client experiences in line with JP Morgan Chase's hospitality standards, ensuring every interaction is personalized and efficient
• Promote and sell JP Morgan Chase banking products, including checking, savings, loans, and investment options to meet client goals
• Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and process transactions accurately in a fast-paced branch environment
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online platforms to enhance their financial management
• Collaborate with branch team members and specialists to refer complex needs to appropriate JP Morgan Chase experts
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
• Contribute to branch goals by identifying opportunities for client acquisition and retention in the Kenner community
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using JP Morgan Chase's CRM systems

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or financial services
• Strong understanding of banking products and services
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses (e.g., Series 6 and 63 if applicable)
