Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients in the Dana Point branch to understand their financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions
• Open and maintain deposit accounts, process transactions, and resolve client inquiries efficiently
• Promote and sell JPMorgan Chase products such as checking/savings accounts, credit cards, mortgages, and investment services
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals in the Laguna Beach market
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, and fair lending practices
• Collaborate with branch team members and specialists to deliver holistic financial advice
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling Chase wealth management and advisory services
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using Chase's CRM systems
• Participate in community events to enhance JPMorgan Chase's presence in Dana Point and surrounding areas

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

• Ability to obtain necessary licenses such as Series 6 and 63 within 120 days of hire
