Key Responsibilities

  • Drive branch performance by identifying cross-selling opportunities and meeting sales goals for deposits, loans, and investments
  • Conduct financial consultations to help clients achieve goals such as home buying, retirement planning, or small business financing
  • Maintain accurate client records in JP Morgan's core banking systems and ensure compliance with KYC and AML regulations
  • Collaborate with branch team and specialists to support complex client needs, including referrals to JP Morgan Private Bank
  • Promote digital banking tools to enhance client convenience and adoption of Chase mobile app features
  • Participate in community events in Laguna Beach and Dana Point to build brand loyalty and attract new clients

Required Qualifications
