Key Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the Dana Point branch to understand their financial needs and recommend tailored JP Morgan Chase products like checking accounts, mortgages, and wealth management services
• Deliver exceptional hospitality by providing personalized service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless client experience
• Drive branch performance by identifying cross-selling opportunities and meeting sales goals for deposits, loans, and investments
• Conduct financial consultations to help clients achieve goals such as home buying, retirement planning, or small business financing
• Maintain accurate client records in JP Morgan's core banking systems and ensure compliance with KYC and AML regulations
• Collaborate with branch team and specialists to support complex client needs, including referrals to JP Morgan Private Bank
• Promote digital banking tools to enhance client convenience and adoption of Chase mobile app features
• Participate in community events in Laguna Beach and Dana Point to build brand loyalty and attract new clients
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to advise clients on optimal financial strategies
• Handle cash transactions, account openings, and maintenance while upholding security protocols

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services
• Strong knowledge of banking products including checking, savings, loans, and investment options
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses such as Series 6 and 63 within 120 days of hire
• Proficiency in using banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with federal and state banking regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a relationship banking or sales role at a major financial institution
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to serve diverse client base in Laguna Beach market
