Key Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the Lanham Glenarden Branch to understand their financial needs and recommend tailored JP Morgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, mortgages, and investment options
• Deliver exceptional hospitality by greeting clients warmly, resolving inquiries promptly, and ensuring a seamless banking experience in line with Chase's client-centric culture
• Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications, while adhering to all regulatory and security protocols
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive outreach, follow-up calls, and personalized financial advice to deepen client loyalty
• Collaborate with branch team members and specialists to refer complex needs to wealth management or small business banking experts at JP Morgan Chase
• Promote digital banking solutions, educating clients on Chase Mobile app features and online platforms to enhance their financial management
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling Chase products while ensuring compliance with fair lending practices and anti-money laundering policies
• Maintain accurate client records in Chase's systems and contribute to branch goals for customer satisfaction and sales performance
• Participate in community events in Mitchellville, MD, to strengthen JP Morgan Chase's local presence and support financial literacy initiatives
• Monitor branch operations for security and efficiency, reporting any issues to management in accordance with Chase's risk management framework

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role within financial services or retail banking
• Strong understanding of banking products and services, including deposits, loans, and digital banking tools
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary state banking licenses (e.g., Series 6 and 63 if applicable)
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and financial software applications
