  • Assist clients with account openings, deposits, withdrawals, and transactions while ensuring compliance with all banking regulations

  • Conduct financial consultations to help clients achieve goals like wealth building, debt management, or retirement planning
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to resolve complex client inquiries and escalate issues as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on service commitments using CRM tools
  • Promote digital banking solutions to enhance client convenience and self-service capabilities
  • Participate in community outreach and local events in Larchmont, NY, to strengthen Chase's brand presence
  • Ensure adherence to risk management protocols and report any suspicious activities in line with AML policies

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client locations as needed
  • Strong understanding of banking products including checking, savings, loans, and investment options
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, in a branch environment
  • Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA and state banking licenses where applicable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and core banking software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales or relationship management within a financial institution
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or other local languages spoken in Larchmont, NY
  • Certification in financial planning or customer relationship management (e.g., CFP or CRM designation)
