Key Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the Littleton branch to understand their financial needs and recommend personalized JP Morgan Chase banking solutions
• Open and maintain various account types, including checking, savings, and investment products, while ensuring compliance with KYC and AML regulations
• Provide exceptional hospitality by greeting clients warmly, resolving inquiries promptly, and fostering long-term relationships
• Promote and cross-sell JP Morgan Chase services such as credit cards, mortgages, and wealth management options to meet sales goals
• Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and wire transfers, using secure banking systems
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, fraud prevention, and financial wellness programs offered by JP Morgan Chase
• Collaborate with branch team members and specialists to deliver holistic financial advice
• Monitor client portfolios for opportunities to enhance their experience with JP Morgan's integrated services

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
• At least 1-2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or sales within the financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including checking/savings accounts, loans, and credit cards
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses such as NMLS registration for mortgage-related activities
• Proficiency in using banking software and CRM systems for client management
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with federal and state banking regulations
