Key Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the Logan Square Branch to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate JP Morgan Chase banking solutions, including checking, savings, loans, and investment products
• Deliver exceptional client experiences by embodying JP Morgan Chase's hospitality standards, ensuring every interaction is personalized and supportive
• Open and maintain client accounts, process transactions, and resolve inquiries efficiently while adhering to compliance and risk management protocols
• Build and deepen relationships with individual and small business clients, leveraging bilingual English/Spanish skills to serve Chicago's diverse community
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for JP Morgan Chase wealth management and advisory services to enhance client portfolios
• Collaborate with branch team members and partners to achieve sales goals and contribute to branch performance metrics
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, fraud prevention, and financial wellness programs offered by JP Morgan Chase
• Maintain accurate records in core banking systems and ensure all activities comply with federal regulations like BSA/AML
• Participate in community outreach events in Logan Square to promote JP Morgan Chase's commitment to local financial inclusion
• Monitor client feedback and escalate issues to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
• At least 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of banking products and services
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to the Logan Square Branch in Chicago, IL
• Must pass background check and comply with regulatory requirements for financial roles

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a banking or financial institution
