Key Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the Northfield, OH branch to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products and services
• Open and maintain various deposit accounts, including checking, savings, and certificates of deposit, while ensuring compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations
• Process loan applications, such as personal loans and home equity lines, providing guidance on terms and eligibility
• Deliver exceptional hospitality by resolving client inquiries and issues promptly, fostering long-term relationships
• Promote digital banking solutions, educating clients on mobile apps, online transfers, and Chase QuickDeposit features
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to enhance client portfolios with investment and wealth management services
• Maintain accurate records in core banking systems and adhere to anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention protocols
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales targets and community engagement goals in Macedonia and Northfield areas
• Conduct financial wellness workshops or one-on-one consultations to support client financial goals
• Ensure the branch environment reflects JPMorgan Chase's standards of professionalism and security

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
• At least 1-2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including deposits, loans, and digital banking tools
• Ability to obtain necessary state and federal banking licenses within 90 days of hire
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software systems
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with federal and state banking regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or relationship management within a financial institution
