Key Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the Manhattan Beach Market branch to understand their financial needs and recommend personalized banking solutions, including checking, savings, credit cards, and investment products
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual and small business clients to drive deposit growth, loan originations, and cross-selling opportunities
• Deliver exceptional hospitality by providing prompt, accurate, and empathetic service, embodying JPMorgan Chase's client-first culture
• Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and wire transfers while adhering to compliance and risk management protocols
• Identify opportunities for referrals to JPMorgan Chase specialists in wealth management, mortgages, and business banking

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services
• Active and in good standing with state and federal regulatory requirements, including FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses or ability to obtain within 120 days
• Strong understanding of banking products and services, including deposits, loans, and investments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and core banking systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet client needs
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship required

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or business administration
