Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Manhattan Beach Market by understanding their financial needs and recommending appropriate JPMorgan Chase products and services
• Deliver exceptional client experiences through personalized consultations, embodying Chase's hospitality standards and commitment to client care
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications accurately and efficiently while adhering to compliance protocols
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for products like mortgages, investments, and wealth management services to meet sales goals
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, fraud prevention, and financial wellness programs offered by JPMorgan Chase
• Collaborate with branch team members and market leaders to support community events and local business outreach in Redondo Beach
• Monitor client portfolios and provide proactive advice on optimizing their financial strategies
• Ensure all interactions comply with federal and state regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the Manhattan Beach Market area
• Strong understanding of banking products including checking, savings, loans, and credit cards
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, in a branch setting
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA and state banking laws
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic financial software

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Relationship Banker or Personal Banker at a major financial institution
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or another language spoken in the Redondo Beach community
• Series 6 or 7 securities license, or willingness to obtain
• Experience with sales targets in a commission-based banking environment
• Knowledge of JPMorgan Chase's digital banking platforms and mobile apps
