Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients in the Brookline branch to understand their financial needs and recommend personalized banking solutions from JPMorgan Chase's portfolio
  • Open and maintain various deposit and credit accounts, ensuring all documentation complies with regulatory requirements
  • Promote and sell JPMorgan Chase products such as Chase Sapphire credit cards, home equity loans, and wealth management services
  • Provide exceptional hospitality by greeting clients warmly, resolving inquiries promptly, and following up to ensure satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and deepening client relationships to grow assets under management
  • Conduct financial education sessions on topics like budgeting, credit building, and investment basics
  • Collaborate with branch team members and specialists to deliver holistic financial advice
  • Maintain accurate records in banking systems and adhere to anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
  • Monitor branch operations during assigned shifts, including cash handling and security procedures
  • Participate in community outreach events in the Metro Central Area to enhance JPMorgan Chase's local presence

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of banking products including checking/savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment options
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses such as Series 6 and 63 within 120 days of hire
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and core banking software systems
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
  • Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with federal and state banking regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a relationship banking or sales role at a major financial institution
