Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the Metro Southeast Market by understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences through proactive outreach, personalized advice, and hospitality-focused interactions in line with JP Morgan Chase's standards
  • Identify opportunities to recommend and sell banking products such as checking/savings accounts, credit cards, mortgages, and investment services
  • Conduct financial needs assessments and develop customized plans to help clients achieve their goals
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including KYC, AML, and fair lending practices
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to resolve complex client issues and enhance service delivery
  • Manage a portfolio of client relationships, tracking interactions and following up on service opportunities
  • Promote digital banking tools and educate clients on Chase mobile app, online banking, and self-service options
  • Participate in community events in Aurora, CO, to strengthen JP Morgan Chase's local presence and client acquisition

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial services
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the Metro Southeast Market in Aurora, CO
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, including deposits, loans, and investment services
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs
  • Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA and state banking licenses where applicable

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Relationship Banker or Personal Banker at a major financial institution
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to serve diverse client base in Aurora, CO
